Refund & Returns Policy – Sorelix™

Thank you for choosing Sorelix! We are dedicated to your hair wellness journey. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with all safety seals intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number.

How to Start a Return
Please contact our support team at support@sorelix.store with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we'll provide the return shipping address and instructions by email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@sorelix.store with your order number and a photo of the issue, so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the original packaging or safety seal has been broken on:
- Hair Growth Soft Chews
- Hair Growth Essence Roll-On Serum
- Microneedle Derma Roller
- Hair Care Comb

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your unopened item, and once approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval with no refund, contact us at support@sorelix.store.
