Shipping & Delivery – Sorelix™

Order Processing Once your order is placed, we process payment within 24 hours. Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to fulfill and dispatch your order. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch email with your tracking number once your package is with the carrier. (Please remember to check your spam folder!)

Shipping Times: To maintain our large inventory and provide the best value, we utilize multiple warehouse holdings.

  • United States (Mainland): Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

  • International & Non-Mainland US: Shipping may take slightly longer depending on your location.

  • Europe: Most orders arrive within 30 days.

Note: Shipping times may occasionally be extended due to high demand, restocking, or unforeseen carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Multiple Shipments Because we offer a complete hair wellness kit (including our Mixed Berry Soft Chews, Serums, and Tools), items in your order may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you. This ensures that items already in stock are sent to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Changes We move fast to get your order to you! Changes or cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this window has passed, we are unable to stop the shipment or modify the order details.

Tracking Your Order In most cases, tracking numbers will be provided via email as soon as they become available from our carriers. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Refunds & Shipping Delays We do not offer refunds specifically for shipping durations, as these timeframes are outlined on our product pages and here in our shipping policy. If you decide you no longer wish to keep your items once they have arrived, you may initiate a return following our Refund Policy.
